SAI, Cashbook Gets “Two Thumbs Up”

SAI support Cashbook implementations in over 20 different countries from their corporate HQ in Limerick, Ireland. Supporting multiple Cashbook installations across different countries, different time zones and where English is a second language is a challenging proposition. Attached below are extracts of SAI’s first customer survey conducted in May 2006:

Business Impact

  • 97% of our customers thought that the ROI on our product implementations or upgrades was Satisfactory, Good or Excellent.
  • In comparing expectations of Cashbook to the implemented software, 100% of the feedback was Satisfactory, Good or Excellent.
  • 75% of customers thought the ROI and value Cashbook represented was either Good or Excellent.

Implementation

  • 100% of customers rated our project implementation plans as either Good or Satisfactory.
  • 93% of customers gave our consultants knowledge a rating of Good or Excellent.
  • 85% of customers expressed the opinion that our consultants were Good or Excellent when considering the ease of working with them.

Support

  • Satisfaction with Support Queries being answered in a timely fashion was 97% for the answers Satisfactory, Good or Excellent.
  • 95% of customers thought questions were answered in a complete & professional manner.

In the room-to-improve area it was identified that some of the recent Bacstel-IP implementations in 2005 were not completed as timely or as professionally as SAI implementations in the past. We were also advised to be more forthcoming in communicating product enhancements and new modules. We have taken on board your feedback! In June we completed in-house Project Management training and are currently completing a Website re-design to make it easy for people to take product tours directly from our website.
