2012 marks the third year of Cashbook being an Oracle Gold Partner.

Gold Partnership with Oracle provides Cashbook with an optimum set of tools to better develop
and work with Oracle solutions. Cashbook can now be more specific in addressing the needs of
its clients with access to a proven skill set including OPN Enablement 2.0 Tools in addition to
online training and full telephone support.

This access to training is further enhanced by certification of information relating to Oracle
products.

Cashbook’s relationship with Infor dates back to 1996 when the original partnership agreement
was signed with SSA. As part of the agreement, Cashbook commenced providing Cash
Management & Electronic Banking functionality to compliment SSA’s ERP Solution offering to its
clients worldwide. The partnership resulted in a remarkable success for both organisations and
notably, for clients who were able to take advantage of software features and benefits not offered
by competitors and at pricing that resulted in quicker and more definable Return on Investment.

In 2006, SSA Global Technologies was acquired by Infor Global Solutions and today Infor is the
third largest provider of Enterprise Applications and Services which combine to help in excess of
70,000 organisations around the world.

Infor selected Cashbook after a significant evaluation process to be their business partner for
their System I ERP systems. These include BPCS, LX, MAPICS, XA, SYSTEM21 (S21).
Cashbook was the chosen E-banking business partner because of our 20 year experience with
