Conagra Live with Cashbook

Conagra Food & Ingredients Ltd, Omaha, Nebraska are a customer of Cashbook since 2007 using Cashbook AR Lockbox solution, which included two bank upload formats. In late 2008 Conagra converted their milling division to BPCSLX and also changed their banking relationship to a new bank. Cashbook was asked to integrate Cashbook’s AR Lockbox solution with BPCSLX, set up a new bank interface and also provide some end user training whilst on site. Cashbook’s implementation director, Mr. Harry Hughes was on site for 4 days in total, testing in the Conagra test environment, training end users and preparing for Go Live. On the 24th February 2009 successful go live was achieved and Bonnie Ruenholl
(IT Conagra Foods), commented that the site visit from Cashbook was ‘very professional, successful and all the Cash Application team were very happy with the outcome’.

Conagra Foods are achieving a successful matching rate of approximately 90% using Cashbook AR Lockbox solution which saves the AR personnel significant time in the cash application process. Within the milling company there are a number of milling divisions and both invoice and GL posting needed to contain this unique operating unit code. Cashbook integrated this requirement into the implementation to ensure that correct reporting was possible by milling operating unit.
