Custom Cash Management
Custom Cash Management modules are built specifically for your needs.
They are built to address your business requirements which often cannot be handled by the standard ERP finance functionality available.
To build a customised Cashbook module we look at the functionality you require, the integration points with your ERP, the bank, or other sources of data. We then develop and factory test the module before coming on site for installation, testing, training and go-live support.
These customer-driven Cashbook modules fall under the same Maintenance and Support contracts which govern our generic solutions. Historically, many of our current generic Cashbook offerings originated as a Custom Cash Management project built specifically for the needs of one customer.
Features
- Uses the existing Cashbook framework of programs to integrate with your ERP (tax, G/L codes, currency etc.)
- Design sessions map inputs, outputs and integration points with your ERP system, bank and other systems where applicable
- Complete Specification Document validated before Development begins
|
- Design, Development, Testing and Rollout phases adhere to Project Management best practices
- Custom-built Cashbook Modules can be used as standalone applications or in conjunction with other Cashbook modules (a custom AR application, feeding Cash entries into Bank Reconciliation)
|
Benefits
- Reduces cost of manual workaround procedures in the Finance department
- Speeds up delivery cycle for specific needs compared to waiting for ERP upgrade or next release of the ERP software
- You will be working with accountants and technologists whose primary focus is Finance (compared to generalist service companies)
- Our solution is maintained and supported directly by us (standard one, three and five year maintenance contracts)
- Maintenance and support of our custom solutions is typically less costly over time compared to true loaded cost of in-house development projects
