Da Lite Screens: Process Improvements, Time Savings & Financial Sense

SAI New Technologies is pleased to announce that its Cashbook product suite has just gone live at its 17th North American site.

Founded in Limerick in 1992, SAI New Technologies delivers Cash Management and Electronic Banking tools to Fortune 1000 companies in over 20 countries worldwide.

SAI’s latest customer is Da Lite Screens, a leading manufacturer of high quality projection screens for business and home users.

Located in Warsaw, Indiana, Da Lite Screens wanted to automate the process of entering check receipts into their company financial systems. Many companies today still resort to the manual entry of their bank transactions, with staff often keying in information while reading off a printed bank statement. One of Cashbook’s products (called AR Lockbox) allows companies to upload bank information directly into Financial Systems.

Da Lite’s Credit Manager, Kurt Snyder paid great tribute to SAI’s product saying: "The Cashbook AR Lockbox module is now working very well and cutting our time tremendously. Compared to the old process it has saved us in excess of 50%. It is a very positive asset."

“The particularity of this project was the rapid rollout time involved,” commented Richard Birchall, SAI’s Business Development Manager.

“Da Lite sent the Purchase Order to us on December 30th and we had our Limerick-based consultant on-site in Indiana by the morning of January 13th. We got Da Lite live within one working week.
