Cashbook at Quest Northeast Conference ‘09

Cashbook is pleased to announce that it will be attending the Quest Northeast Conference at The MGM at Foxwoods in Ledyard, CT from July 15th-17th. Quest Northeast brings together hundred of Oracle customers, vendors and key representatives each year. This event will offer Cashbook, a QUEST Gold Vendor Member, another opportunity in highlighting its comprehensive cash management solution to the many JD Edwards and PeopleSoft user groups that will be in attendance.

Cashbook continues to make strides within the JDE Marketplace with more and more users discovering the efficiencies that Cashbook can provide in their day-to-day financial tasks. The most recent feature incorporated into Cashbook’s latest release V5.1.01 is Payroll E-mail encryption for the electronic distribution of employee pay details. This enables our customers to process payroll through a specialized system and then using Cashbook automatically transmit ACH payments while sending an encrypted email to the employee containing all their pay details. At the same time as this process we can create ACH payments directly from JDE payment files with emails which have the invoice details included.

This additional feature now sits alongside other established modules, including: Bank Reconciliation, Cash Application, AR Lockbox, AR remittance OCR STP processing, and ACH.
