Challenge

Before implementing Cashbook, processing deposits and ACH entries was a time-consuming, manual process that required coordination between three different team members. Multiple mailboxes had to be monitored, and each team member spent several hours everyday processing incoming checks and ACH payments.

In addition, managing and reconciling 18 separate bank accounts placed a significant administrative burden on the finance team, making bank reconciliations an ongoing, resource-intensive task. The combination of manual payment processing and complex reconciliation requirements consumed valuable staff time and created inefficiencies across daily treasury operations.

Since implementing Cashbook, the efficiency gains have been significant. Tasks in Cash Application that previously took more than half a day and required three team members can now be completed in less than two hours by a single employee.
