Greg Coulter, CEO of Cashbook celebrates being honoured as the Business All-Star Global Fintech Software
Company of the Year 2025 by the All-Ireland Business Foundation.

Established in 1992 as Software Architects International and rebranded to Cashbook in the
early 2000s, the company now serves clients in over 25 countries. Its cloud-enabled
cash‑management platform automates up to 95% of accounts receivable, bank reconciliation,

and more – Cashbook excels in industries including manufacturing, retail, automotive,
pharmaceuticals, FMCG and logistics.

Greg Coulter has led Cashbook Limited to remarkable global growth from its base in Castletroy,

career in finance, where he quickly became driven to solve the time-consuming burden of
manual month-end reconciliation. This insight seeded Cashbook’s mission: to automate cash
application, reconciliation, deductions, and accounts payable, freeing teams from manual effort
and improving cash visibility for enterprise customers.

Cashbook integrates modules for cash application, bank reconciliation, collections, deductions
management and accounts payable, built to interface with major ERPs and handle high‑volume
transactions across industries. The company is renowned for reducing manual effort, improving
cash flow, and extending support across over 25 countries with a high customer retention rate
and low staff turnover.

This accreditation affirms Cashbook’s role as a global leader and a key force in the
advancement of enterprise financial operations.

Reacting to the news of his achievement, Cashbook CEO, Greg Coulter said

“We started Cashbook to liberate finance teams from spreadsheet drudgery. Seeing our clients

This All-Star recognition honours our dedication to innovation, reliability and client success.”

Announcing the news of Cashbook’s achievement, Kieran Ring,

Deputy Chair of the AIBF Adjudication Board, said

“Cashbook has rewritten the enterprise finance playbook by automating repetitive data tasks
and turning raw transactions into actionable insights. Greg Coulter’s team built an OCR engine
that processes millions of lines in minutes – freeing finance leaders to focus on value-added
analysis and decision-making.”

Kapil Khanna, Managing Director of the AIBF, added:

“Cashbook exemplifies how smart fintech solutions – backed by customer-centric service – can transform local expertise into global leadership.”

He said:

“We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and we
speak to customers, employees and vendors. We also anonymously approach the company as
a customer and report back on the experience. The business goes through at least two
interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics.”
