In November, CEO Greg Coulter and Marketing Manager Dave Ewing attended the Irish Credit Team of the Year Awards held at the Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire. For several years now, we’ve proudly sponsored awards at this event, and 2025 was no exception. Above all, the event highlighted the outstanding work being done by teams across Ireland,
On the day, Cashbook won the Credit Process Automation Team of the Year Award. Not only was this a major achievement for the team, it also marked our second consecutive win in this category, further reinforcing our reputation for automation excellence.
In addition, we were delighted to sponsor the FMCG Credit Team of the Year Award, with congratulations going to Tayto on their well-deserved win!

In May, CEO Greg Coulter and Partners Director Haroon Panezai represented Cashbook at the Digital Revolution Awards at the historic Guildhall in London.
The event was especially exciting for Cashbook as it marked the launch of our partnership with Nexer Enterprise Applications. September proved to be one of Cashbook’s busiest months of the 2025, with two trips to the US, major conferences and customer visits.
Firstly, the Cashbook team represented by Greg Coulter, Haroon Panezai, Tony Cantillon, and Denise Mills, had a great time at the TIMS User Group Conference, hosted by Computers Unlimited.

As a Platinum sponsor, Cashbook was delighted to connect with users, including MBL Corporation, Matheson Gas, and Mitchell Welding Supply Company.

Next, the team attended the inPOWER conference. Once again, we were proud to be a Platinum sponsor of this three-day event. Throughout the conference, the Cashbook team presented seven sessions, showcasing modules and sharing insights on finance automation.
Along the way, CEO Greg Coulter and Marketing Manager Dave Ewing also had the opportunity to meet with long-term client Vaughn Grimm at Mi-T-M.

In Episode 77 of the Cashbook Vlog, CEO Greg Coulter spoke about his travels in Alabama, Georgia, New Jersey. He then returned to to New York City, meeting with users along the way. During this trip, Greg shared insights into the new Cashbook V6 release. He also gathered valuable feedback from existing V5 users. In doing so, the trip helped ensure our solutions continue to evolve in line with customer needs.

2025 was a milestone year for Cashbook, driven by major customer go-lives and impressive results across multiple industries. Moreover, these go-lives demonstrate the growing global adoption of Cashbook. They also showcase the impact we continue to deliver to finance and credit teams around the world.
Our Cash Application module successfully went live across both Infor LX and M3, with excellent support from our Partners at Apex.

Reser’s Fine Foods implemented Cashbook V6 to automate bank reconciliation. This helped streamline treasury operations and cut down on manual workload.

Welder’s Supply and Gases went live with Cashbook V6 integrated with TIMS ERP, achieving: 50% reduction in reconciliation and cash application time, 90% auto-matching rates and month-end close dropped from two days to just half a day.

Portwest launched Cashbook’s Cash Application module, managing multiple banks across 10 countries, processing hundreds of daily transactions, and achieving nearly 90% customer identification.
